Debbi Mack is the New York Times bestselling author of the Sam McRae mystery series. She’s also published a young adult novel, a thriller, and several short stories.

Debbi is also a screenwriter, who’s adapted the first Sam McRae novel into a screenplay. The book has been optioned to be made into a film. Her screenplays have placed as high as the semi-finals in Scriptapalooza and the finals in the Creative World Awards.

In addition, Debbi has a podcast called the Crime Cafe, where she interviews other crime, suspense, and thriller writers.

Debbi is a member of Sisters in Crime, Mystery Writers of America, Private Eye Writers of America, Women in Film and Video, Docs in Progress, and the American Bar Association. She’s appeared on and moderated several writers conference panels.
