In my opinion, journal writing is more than just a tool for writers. Keeping a journal is also great therapy.
A person can keep a journal for many reasons. You can keep lists of places you’ve been, movies and books you want to see, things you want to do.
I, myself, keep all sorts of lists and goal sheets. I find it relaxing to do this at the end of the day. Writing all the things down that you’d like to do or that bother you or whatever’s on your mind, is a great alternative to announcing everything to the world on Facebook or Twitter.
That’s why I’m thinking about creating journals for others who enjoy organizing their thoughts — offline.
