I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again. There is nothing more important for a person’s mental well-being than to take care of one’s physical health and wellness. As a writer, I know all too well the hazards associated with sitting at a computer in isolation for hours at a time.

This is why I strongly advocate holistic medicine and holistic health practitioners. In fact, I’m staunchly in favor of getting acupuncture on a regular basis.

I have personal experience with this, which I discuss in my latest vlog.

Now, mind you … I think one can take this whole eating healthy and exercising relentlessly a bit too far! I mean, for God’s sake, there’s nothing wrong with indulging yourself a bit, now and then.

To put it bluntly, I agree with Redd Foxx, who once said, “Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.”

Or Ian Fleming, who said, “I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them.”
